Implementation Plan For Phase V

The Implementation Strategy discusses the phasing of the saleable plots in the master plan. The phasing is based on the following assumptions:
  • HSIIDC will implement the Worker Housing and R&R component as per their needs and logistics.
  • HSIIDC will implement all the public infrastructure including streets and access to the parcels along with the phased areas.
  • The open space that includes the eco-mobility corridor can be developed along with each phase.
 
  • Social infrastructure will be built in each phase.
The phasing is done in such a manner that the best value plots (adjacent to the open space and station areas) are kept for the end. The logical step for HSIIDC is to have the first sale component located in such a way, that it is easy to access, closer to NH-8, shows a glimpse of the larger master plan concept and acts as a catalyst project. Hence, Phase One is proposed to include the parcels closer to NH-8 along the sector road and includes hone social infrastructure parcel and
 
two group housing parcels on either side of the eco-mobility corridor, which can act as the catalyst project.

Phases Two and Three are proposed to be incrementally built towards the big open space.

Phases Four & Five will encompass the highly valued plots along the open space and the commercial area parcels next to the two planned metro stations.
